Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers should have the following eligibility-i) Tenderer must submit an up-to-date Trade License.ii) The tenderer must submit a valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.iii) The Tenderer must submit up to date Tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned officeiv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form must be submitted for this purpose. In the case of a Bank statement, it should be issued after the IFT.v) Must Have Similar experience in successful supplying of lubricant oil, Grease worth not less than Tk. 18.00 Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 03 (three) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of tender in the newspaper.Vii) Must Have General experience in successful supplying of lubricant oil, Grease in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 03 (three) years.
