Tenders are invited for Supplying of Pharmaceutical.

Accordingly, BFD invites qualified suppliers who have previously worked in the same field to submit their bids through the tender mentioned above, in accordance with the tender documents.

2. The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name and tender number written on it, before the date specified above for opening the envelopes to the following address: Building Foundation for Development Headquarters - the intersection of Amman Street with Djibouti Street - next to the Academy Bazarah Aviation.
3. The envelopes are opened in a public session at Building Foundation for Development Headquarters - the intersection of Amman Street with Djibouti Street - next to the Academy Bazarah Aviation - according to the appointments specified above. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned.
4. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid commercial register.
5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card.
6. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid profession practice certificate.
7. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid Zakat card.
8. In the event that the required documents of the bidder are expired or need to be renewed, a commitment to renewing the expired documents must be attached unless the bid will be excluded in the first stage of the analysis.
9. An unconditional bank guarantee or a check acceptable to pay for the amount and currency specified above shall be attached to the bid, valid for the above-mentioned period starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected.
10. The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded.
11. All tender documents must be attached and stamped.

1. A meeting will be conducted for suppliers who want to apply in the tender in order to clarify and respond to any inquiries. The meeting will be at the headquarter of the BFD mentioned above at 10:00 AM on Sunday - 25 Aug 2024.

2. The supplier must be a pre-qualifed supplier approved by QUAMED

· Any bid that does not meet the above requirements in the first response phase will be excluded from the technical and financial analysis

· The Bidder should be registered in the system of SCMCHA.

· Samples must be submitted for all items and numbered according to the schedule of quantities so that the samples must be delivered with the bid submitted.
