Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature sports goods, sportswear or keds supply works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization.d) The experience certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted. If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer following PPA 2006 and PPR 2008.e) The tenderer must supply tracsuit and keds according to the sample provided by concerned authority.f) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4 for other items.g) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.h) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
