Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in sports goods and sportswear supply works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government or Autonomous Organization. The experience certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.d) In any circumstances the tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the TDS and no quality compromise shall be accepted. If found so, the tender will be rejected.e) For evaluation purposes a Sample of Keds, Tracsuit and T-shirt as specified in the technical specification shall be submitted to the Office of Executive Engineer, BKSP on or before 3rd May, 2023 before 16.00 PM.f) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
