Expression of Interest are invited for Support the authorities of Albania with Cybersecurity Technical and Legal Capacity Building
The World Bank (WB) wishes to recruit a consulting firm to assist the national authorities of Albania with Cybersecurity capacity strengthening. This technical assistance is funded by the Digital Development Partnership (DDP) Trust Fund, and the WB is the Contracting Authority. The main beneficiaries will be the National Agency for Information Society of Albania (AKSHI) and the National Cyber Security Authority (AKSK).
As a proactive step to equipping its workforce with the knowledge and skills to effectively detect and respond to cyber threats and incidents, the country set a plan to create a National Cyber Security Academia, which will serve as a focused center for producing cybersecurity specialists and contribute to ascending Albania a cyber-leadership hub, setting standards across its region.
