Request for proposals are invited for Support for Community Engagement in Haiti
The Offeror's proposal must be accompanied by a cover letter typed on official organizational letterhead and signed by an individual with signing authority for the Offeror. The Offeror must submit a complete proposal package by the deadline date and time to Emily Kitts at imm_recruitment@jsi.com. Proposals must be submitted by email only and marked “RFP No: IMM-RFP-2024-001”.
Proposals must be prepared in two separate volumes: 1) The Technical Proposal; and 2) the Cost Proposal.
The technical proposal and the cost proposal must be separated. Technical proposals must not refer to pricing data so that the evaluation of the technical proposal is strictly based on technical merit:
1. The Offeror must submit its most competitive and complete cost proposal.
2. A proposal for the fixed unit cost and total cost for carrying out the work as described in the specifications (part C).
3. All costs must be quoted in US dollars.
4. A fixed price for each category of deliverables, each of which is considered a fixed price budget for that specific segment of the job. The price of the PO/contract to be awarded will be an all-inclusive fixed price. No additional benefits, fees or costs may be included after award. All items/services must be clearly identified and included in the total price quoted.
5. Please indicate all prices excluding VAT, excise or other taxes.
6. The Offeror must submit a narrative budget proposal.
