the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (Gpmm) wishes to be accompanied over 4 years, to reassess the universe of major risks in 2023/2024 (extended scope including risks related to compliance, including Sapin II, cyber, climate, environment, Isps, Lpm, etc.), according to the state of the art in the matter, via a new map of major risks (and a map of future opportunities), and an appropriate organization of risk management and compliance (Grc), adapted to the challenges of the Gpmm. He wishes to have a dedicated Sigr-type tool ( *) which will allow integrated and shared controle major risks (scenarios, action plans, controls, incidents, indicators, customizable reports, regulatory monitoring, etc.). (*): Sigr: Risk Management Information System The Gpmm wishes to be accompanied at the same time in terms of methodology on the Grc approach, andto allow ad hoc evolutions of the dedicated tool (scope and functionalities)
