Expression of Interest are invited for Support for Design of National Energy Efficiency Investment Fund in Ecuador
The objective of this consultancy is to design an operational and financial scheme for the operation of the "National Energy Efficiency Investment Fund (FNIEE)". The consultancy must assess the legal, technical, operational, and financial aspects for the implementation of the FNIEE, to facilitate the execution of EE projects that contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives and goals established in the PLANEE, the objectives of the Organic Law on Energy Efficiency (LOEE), within the framework of the National Development Plan and the International agreements signed by Ecuador. Progress in the execution of EE projects aligned with the objectives and goals of the PLANEE will also contribute to the fulfillment of the country's NDCs since this Plan is part of the conditional goals included in this instrument.
