The Luxembourg Agency For Development Cooperation (luxdev) Is Launching An Ami For The Acquisition Of Mission Services To Support The Implementation Of The "development Of Market Systems (dsm)" Approach On Behalf Of The Nig/028 Program Funded With Funds From The Governments Of Niger And The Grand Duchy Of Luxembourg. The Service Providers Invited To Express Their Interest In Providing The Aforementioned Services Are The Research And Consulting Offices Of Private Law, Legally Constituted (excluding Non-governmental Organizations, Non-profit Associations And Public Operators) And Specialized In The Implementation Of Market Systems Development Approach (dsm).
