Creation of a support mechanism for the implementation of the PSEE consisting of two distinct but also interacting sets of procedures which in turn are described as "mechanisms". The 1st Monitoring mechanismof the collection, management, evaluation, interpretation and utilization of data and information related to actions related to PSEE and Research, Technological Development and Innovation (RTD) at the regional level.
