The City of Joensuu is asking for an offer to support the implementation of the "Joensuu Circular Park" Joensuu Circular Park 2050 'in Joensuu Park. The simplified project plan is attached to this invitation to tender. Circular Park's industrial area is also known as Biotie and Iiksenvaara. Mapis attached.
