INVITATION TO TENDERERS
The City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites Tenders for parkade ramp remediation at City Hall located at 13450 104th Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia.
The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials, incidentals and supervision required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for parkade ramp remediation.
The Work includes but is not limited to:
Provision of all labour, material, equipment, supervision, and all other items and incidentals as necessary to successfully complete the scope of Work and services as required per the project drawings and specifications. This scope includes but is not limited to the removal/demolition of existing and replacement with new of ramp assemblies including waterproofing, delaminated concrete, snow melt system, concrete topping and finishes, and upgrade as per the project drawings and specifications.
Information Meeting:
An information meeting will be hosted by the Owner-s Representative to discuss the Owner-s requirements under this ITT (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Tenderers, Tenderers who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. At the time of issuance of this ITT a meeting has been scheduled as follows:
