The winning bidder shall:
1 Deliver the feeds not beyond two (2) months from the date of manufacture.
2 Delivered feeds must be free from insects and contaminants.
3 Store the feeds in one area/warehouse and facilitate the validation test analysis of DA-RFO FCAL prior to the delivery schedule.
4 The items should be delivered 20 days upon receip of Purchased Order at the designated drop off points.
5 Inform the end-user at least three (3) working days before the scheduled date of delivery
6 Abide with the right of the DA/end-suer to reject replacement of non-compliant to specifications within seven (7) days after deliver
