Tender with a European public procedure for the supply of two (2) sweepers for the Joint Cleaning Scheme Blink.

Joint Cleaning Scheme Blink (GRR Blink) is the Client.

Nature of the assignment

Client carries out cleaning tasks inparticipating municipalities. For these cleaning tasks, the Client has its own sweeping machines that are reaching the end of their technical lifespan. As a result of the replacement agenda, there is a need to purchase new sweepers to replace the old machines. This concerns the business classar delivery of two medium-sized (4-5m3) sweepers in accordance with the requirements in this tender. The client is still considering the purchase of a third sweeper and has therefore included an option for a third machine. The option will be submitted no later than six months after final awardused.

Purpose of the tender

The purpose of the Tender is to award the contract to one contracting party that will supply the sweepers in accordance with the requirements, agreements and wishes in this tender.

Award criterion

Award takes place on the basis of Best Price Quality Ratio (BPKV). KQuality is assessed on the basis of a demo.
