The procurement includes 2 separate projects that will be bundled together:• 1094894 - Switchgear and Panel Replacement (273663) - Parent Project• 1095005 - Culvert and Sidewalk Repair (273664)The project will be awarded to a single General Contractor for this bundle of 2 projects. Single CCDC contract will be signed. But both the projects will be managed separately, and corresponding (2) purchase orders will be issued. OPS clearances are required. Regular site visit can be done during regular business hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Work shall be performed between the hours of 5:30 p.m. to not later than 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday or on Weekends.Shutdowns require prior notice and are to be coordinated with Facility Manager.CRQ form and process apply to all required shutdowns. There is a small generator on site.The shutdown schedule shall be informed with advanced notice.Regular business hours can be used for the prep work for the shutdowns.Project Scope of Work: 1094894 - Switchgear and Panel Replacement (273663):The intent of this project is to replace the main electrical switchgear and panels at the Ontario Government Complex (B19440) located at 659 Exeter Road in London, ON.
