Summary:The project is generally described as renovation of approximately 16, 117 SF of the Southwest Virginia Readiness Center to create a new Field Maintenance Shop (FMS). The scope includes reconfiguration of existing office and storage spaces, new bathroom and locker room facilities, reconfiguring HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler work to the space, new finishes and ceilings in the work area, new overhead door openings, a new bridge crane in a portion of the shop area, a vehicle exhaust system, and extension and modification to the POL system and other associated Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
