Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing California State University (CSU) a Systemwide Case Management Software for Title Ix and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation cases. The CSU is dedicated to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students, faculty, and staff. As part of this commitment, CSU aims to enhance its processes for managing and responding to allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including sexual harassment. The current systems in place have limitations in terms of documentation, tracking, and reporting capabilities. These challenges hinder the efficiency and consistency of case management across our campuses. CSU seeks a fully hosted case management solution/service to address these challenges on or before July 1, 2026.
