Avinor (the Contracting Authority) is approximately 2, 800 employees who together run 43 airports in Norway - and ensure that almost 50 million passengers get safely up in the air and back down. Avinor will shortly be procuring new 'self-propelled mechanical sand recorders'. The contracting authority is therefore announcing this market survey for the purpose of getting feedback from potential suppliers. The need for feedback particularly applies to the following points: 1. A short account of the tenderer ́s solutions for fossil driven and zero-emission machines that can cover the Contracting Authority's requirements; advantages and disadvantages of the solutions. 2. The contracting authority would like feedback on the attached requirement specifications (e.g. requirements that limit the tenderer ́s ability to offer their own machines without this appearing necessary, requirements that ought to be more stringently formulated, requirements that cannot/difficult can be met, requirements that are not set that ought to be set etc.). 3. Other information that you believe is relevant to highlight for the Contracting Authority so that the competition is carried out in the best possible way. See also the attached documentation.
