Project Description:This ITT has been issued by the Council in connection with a competitive procurement being conducted in accordance with the Regulations. The Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators, `Bidders`, for the development and delivery of a culture and heritage programme to be delivered to 426 people over 2 years, 8 months. The project forms part of the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan. This Contract is to increase awareness of community capacity within and cross-community engagement in the different culturally significant spaces across Belfast, through a leadership, capacity building and activities programme for local and city-wide venues. This ITT sets out the information which is required by the Council to assess the suitability of Bidders` experience, organisational and financial standing to meet the ITT requirement. In addition to this, quality, social value, and pricing proposals will also be assessed before any contract award is made.
