We are looking for an HVAC company to perform monthly, quarterly and yearly PM services on all HVAC equipment at our four facilities. Four facilities include our admin & maintenance garage (1127 W Central Ave), paratransit facility (130 Knapp St) our bus transit hub (612 N Huron St), and our bus drivers bathrooms at government station (615 Jackson St). As well as PM services, we are looking for someone to be able to perform on-call emergency services when needed. This will be a three year contract with two one year mutual party options following initial three year.
