QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education/training: University degree (Master) in Banking and Finance or Business Administration or STEAM field of studies.
· Languages: Knowledge of English C2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
· General professional experience: 10 years of professional experience in financial systems development, thereof 5 years of professional experience in SME finance
· Specific professional experience: 6 years of professional experience in value chain financing with financial service providers
· Leadership/management experience: 5 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a company
· Regional experience: 1 year of work experience in MENA region (Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Occupied Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen).
