ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
The Government of Anguilla (GoA) is seeking to improve capacities in building asset management and has requested WB advisory services to complete the following tasks
A survey of approximately 140 buildings assessing their vulnerability to natural hazards, economic valuation, and physical condition.
Compilation of the survey results for use by the GoA in budgeting and decision-making processes.
Training based on the survey methods as well as the management and use of the collected data.
The consultancy period is approximately 10 months.
