Request for proposals are invited for Technical Assistance (TA) Providers for the Communities in Pandemic Preparedness and Response (COPPER) through Community-led Monitoring (CLM) Investment

The Global Fund (TGF) invites potential suppliers from Global South-based civil society and community-led networks and consortia, to submit proposals to support the implementation of an investment led by the Community, Rights and Gender (CRG) Department that focuses on communities in pandemic preparedness and response (COPPER) through Community-led Monitoring (CLM) in the implementation period from April 2024 to December 2025. This is funded through the COVID-19 Response Mechanism (C19RM), Centrally Managed Limited Investment (CMLI). Invited suppliers will support COPPER CLM CMLI as technical assistance providers to roll-out the following components: Component 1: Provision of CLM-PPR technical assistance to build capacity and literacy of community-led and civil society partners and adapt and/or expand existing CLM mechanisms to include PPR priorities in selected countries. Component 2: Advocacy support for participation of communities, civil society and CLM implementers in relevant PPR discussions at the national and local level for CLM-PPR engagement and advocacy. Utilization of CLM data to advocate for stronger community systems strengthening support and community-led responses, transitioning from COVID-19 response to resilient and sustainable systems for health (RSSH) and building pandemic preparedness. Component 3: Generating evidence and learning on CLM-PPR, publishing of peer-reviewed academic articles, documentation of case studies and success stories, development of CLM-PPR resources and tools, and supporting global and regional learning events.
