Description : The Contractor must provide, on an as-needed basis, qualified personnel, equipment (including personal protective equipment, rescue equipment, atmospheric monitoring devices, and other safety equipment), transportation, fuel, license and/or permits, and all other items of expense necessary to perform technical and confined space rescue services for facilities as specified in paragraph two. The Contractor must provide designated rescue personnel, hereafter referred to as Rescuers or Rescue Team, for on-site technical and permit-required confined space service requests for extracting a victim(s) to safety.
