Carrying out technical monitoring in accordance with AMEV No. 158 - Technical Monitoring 2020 - for the new construction of a MVU laboratory building at the University of Wismar.

The service includes LPH 3 in performance level 1, LPH 5 in performance level 2, and LPH 5 in performance level 4 LPH 8 and in performanceStage 5 is the first usage phase (2 years).

The performance profile corresponds to Annex 1 of AMEV No. 158 - Technical Monitoring 2020.

A special feature of the implementation will be that the planning of the TGA has already begun with LPH 5, if with the performance of technical monitoring has begun

The laboratory building is being built for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Supply and Environmental Engineering at Wismar University. The building is divided into two areas, a 3-story laboratory building and a 1-story research hall. The planned total construction costs are approximately 38, 000, 000€
