· Cage (including feed and water tank) (20 sets x 12 families) = 240 sets

· Incubator for laying eggs (1054 eggs) (1 x 12 families) = 12 incubators

· Main hens (34 chickens x 12 families) = 408 chickens

· Chicken (5 heads x 12 families) = 60 heads

· Pesticides (pesticides, vitamins, antibiotics) (1 kit x 12 families) = 12 packs

· Antiseptic (1 liter x 12 families) = 12 liters

· Nuts (1 pack x 12 families) = 12 packs

Inputs for egg farmers (24 families)

· Food and water manger (15 sets x 24 families) = 5400 sets

· Main hens (30 chickens x 24 families) = 720 chickens

· Chicken (5 heads x 24 families) = 120 heads

· Pesticides (pesticides, vitamins, antibiotics) (1 kit x 24 families) = 24 kit

· Antiseptic (1 liter x 24 families) = 24 liters

Submission Requirements
Documents to be attached to the bid application

· Farm patent or certificate of registration with the relevant ministry or institution

(If any)

· Letter showing experience in supplying chickens and materials related to the above activities

· Photos of the farm (if any)

· Documents showing tax registration with the General Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (if any)

· Other relevant documents (if any).
