Provision of Vacuum Packaging Machines, Hot Air Dryers and Fish Viscera Removal Machine
1 Vacuum Packaging Machine
One (1) x Commercial Grade Chamber Type Vacuum Packaging Machine is Required for the Packaging of Semi-Dried Fish and Seafood Products by Small Commercial Enterprises. The Machine is Required for Packaging Fish in Packages of up to 500mm Long, and Alternately, in Multiple Smaller Packages Simultaneously.
Specifically:
- Oil-Sealed Vacuum Pump.
- Manufactured from Stainless Steel, Minimum Grade Sus 304
- High Grade Transparent Lid Made from Acrylic for the Vacuum Chamber. To Allow Visual Inspection during the Vacuum Packing Process. Lid must be Secured Securely and with Appropriate Fasteners.
- Suitable Dampening against Vibration from the Vacuum Pump.
- Clear and Easy to Operate Controls for Pressure Setting, Temperature and Time Cycle.
- Vacuum Pump Rated to at Least 900w.
- Chamber Size No Smaller than (L x W x D) 500mm x 420mm x 70mm.
- 2 Sealing Bars (Per Chamber).
- Approx. Unit Size to be (L x W x H) 600 x 500 x 1000mm (up to +15% Deviation is Acceptable).
- Power 220v, 50hz Single Phase with Type G (Uk Style) Fused Plug.
- Supplied with a Type G (Three Pin) Plug.
Additionally:
The Quality of the Equipment is Paramount. Given that the Equipment will be Subjected to Heavy Use in Demanding and Unforgiving Environments, it must be Certified to an Internationally Recognized Quality Standard, Such as being Ce Marked. - Four (4) x Small Number Molds for Printing Date Information on the Bag Seals during Vacuum Process.
