The complainant, who is not included in the above list, in the event of submitting a
complaints/participation request to the Board of Directors of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation,
must pay a fee of KD 250 for complaints/participation requests in return for studying the
possibility of adding him to that list. The complaint/participation request fees are paid by a
