MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
l License/Registration Information and Profile of Supplier, including license and TIN certificate
2. Proof of registration with the National Suppler Database (NSD) for Uganda
3. For civil works, interested company shall provide, but not limited to Key person list with CV and owned equipment list by provided format
4. Similar experience within last three years by provided format
5. Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream Notional Content Regulation tt 34.2016 for Uganda
6. Copy of certificates of ISO 900a, ISO 45001. ISO 14001 or equivalent of them.
7. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years and Audit report of the last five years.
