Tender for Banking & Bill Payment Services
Description :
Port Augusta City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Banking and Bill Payment Services as detailed in the specifications.
It is the preference of Council to award the Contract to a single service provider, who will complete all banking requirements associated with day-to-day Council banking functions, and all functions associated with the receipting of transactions for rate payments, and other payments made to and by Council.
The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer for a period of five (5) years with the possibility of extensions of 2 x 12-month periods, which may be taken concurrently or consecutively. The proposed contract start date is 1st December 2022.
Council is keen to work with a Banking and Bill Payment Services provider throughout the Contract period, with the following high level focus areas as a priority:
Participation within the Port Augusta community;
Delivery of new and innovative services to meet the changing market needs in addition to the traditional banking and bill payment suite of product
Completion of the requirements under a tailored Services Agreement offered and agreed to by both parties;
Adhere to the details of the Specifications document with a closing date of 30 September 2022.
