(a)A Company / Companies incorporated under the Laws of Malaysia. (b)The Company / Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium, or unincorporated grouping provided that the Lead member shall submit the relevant qualification and experience of successfully supplying, designing, installing, testing, and commissioning of at least one (1) contract of a 275kV Transmission Line Project or of higher voltage, within the last eight (8) years. (c)The Company / Companies shall have an average project value of more than RM20 million within the past eight (8) years [combination of project(s) executed by members of the Joint Venture, Consortium or unincorporated grouping forming the Company]. (d)The Company / Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture or Consortium or unincorporated grouping, have experience and adequate administrative, technical and site staff to complete the project in accordance with the specification, particularly in tower and monopole erection, stringing of conductor and optical fibre ground wire (OPGW), laying of optical fibre underground cable (OFUC) and other necessary works to complete the transmission line project. (e)The Company have attended the Mandatory Tender Briefing and site visit. Attendance by Key Technical Personnel from lead member assigned to this tender is mandatory.
