Tenders are invited for Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite Tenders from suitably qualified Main Contractor to upgrade and replace the existing interior lighting to areas of the Omagh Leisure Centre. The areas of works are the Swimming pool, Main Hall, and other miscellaneous areas of the Leisure centre. The Works will include • Disconnection, removal and disposal of Existing Lighting. • Provision and Installation of New LED Lighting, controls and reconnect Emergency Lighting Systems. • Rewire lighting, new fixings and new RCBos • Testing and Commissioning of lighting, exit and emergency lighting systems. • Associated Builders Work on ceilings and walls in order to install lights. • Provision of temporary access to ceilings for lighting replacement. • The contractor will be responsible for project / contact management of the complete works. • Health and Safety. The Omagh Leisure centre is a live operational Leisure Centre and requires close coordination of the works with the management team.
