A/S 0resund offers a main contract, which includes expanding the capacity of the 0resund Railway around Copenhagen Airport station by introducing directional operation on the track, including the necessary changes to the existing infrastructure and the establishment of new platforms with transferrfacilities at the existing freight tracks, which are located between the 0resund motorway and Copenhagen Airport, the areas north of Ellehammervej, where there is parking and hotels.harbor areas north of Ellehammervej. In order to introduce directional operation on the track, the contract also includes changes to the existing track and upgrading the existing good tunnel under the motorway and upgrading the existing station under terminal 3.
The work includes the reconstruction ofexisting track around the new platforms and in the area east of the new platforms and east of the existing Kastruptunnel, which carries existing passenger tracks through the existing station, including reconstruction of the running current system at the platforms, track adjustments and 2 new transversals. Track workt includes i.a. track work, traffic flow work, track drainage and security workers.
In connection with the establishment of new platforms, the work includes all work for the establishment of new platforms and transfer facilities, including steel bridge over the railway, lifts and escalators, technical rooms, drainage...
