This procurement will engage a service provider to deliver a support service for non-offending family members of child sexual abuse perpetrators (the Service). The Service will provide free nationally-available support for non-offending family members and friends of child sexual abuse perpetrators during and following crisis. The Service will provide non-offending family members with access to a variety of supports, including therapeutic and emotional, across a range of service delivery channels. The Service will also advocate on behalf of non-offending family members and friends of child sexual abuse perpetrators and raise broader community awareness around their needs and experiences. As part of this, the Service must provide leadership and best-practice guidance for other organisations and sectors that come into contact with non-offending family members and friends of child sexual abuse perpetrators, including law enforcement.
