KAB wants to acquire a Project Web for management through the Construction Phases and a Facility Management System for use for building maintenance for the building portfolio. The acquisition of a Project Web is the prerequisite for standardized processes in the construction phase and for the transfer of construction cases tooperation. KAB currently uses 7 different project websites. The acquisition of KAB's first Facility Management System together with the strengthening of operational processes and organizational rollout is the cornerstone for realizing the building strategy. The tenderer plays an active and decisive role in the configuration of KABprocesses/workflows in both Projektweb and Facility Management system.
