In the second half of 2025 (July 1 to December 31), Denmark will hold the presidency of the EU's Council of Ministers, which entails extensive meeting activities, including a number of ministerial meetings, official meetings and conferences as well as summits. Against this background, there is a need for one or more conference facilities, that is suitable for this type of meeting process. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is therefore inviting a market dialogue with a view to uncovering what the market can offer in terms of conference and meeting facilities and associated services.
