The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing Assorted Concrete, Corrugated & Drainage Pipes as specified in the Bid Specifications and as ordered on an as needed basis by the County in accordance to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Authorization for delivery of pipes by the successful Contractor(s) under this Agreement shall be in the form of written Release Orders issued and executed by the County. Each Release Order shall describe the materials required and shall state the delivery information. *This Contract will be awarded to multiple vendors; it will be quoted out.
