Prequalifications are invited for Tertiary Extended Aeration Wastewater Treatment Plant at the May Pen Hospital.
Description of Works: Prequalification to undertake the project which involves the construction of a new tertiary ex-tended aeration wastewater treatment plant.
The works to be undertaken involve:
The demolition and removal of the existing Reed Bed, the disassembling and removal of the existing Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) mechanical components: and the conversion of the concrete tankage into an Effluent Storage Chamber.
The construction of a new tertiary extended aeration wastewater treatment plant with the following major components; Flow Equalization Chamber, Anaerobic Chamber, Aerated/Anoxic Chamber, Clarifier/ Sedimentation Chamber, Re-aeration Chamber, Sand Filter, Disinfection System, Effluent Storage Chamber and Digester.
