Description: This consultancy aims to undertake an analysis of the financing mechanisms available for the tertiary road network in Colombia and to identify and assess a potential bankable structure that could foster private capital participation.
The result of this consultancy will map out the available resources for tertiary road network financing, including national and subnational sources, and identify bankable structures for financing at the department level. It will also include a legal/contractual roadmap for the implementation of such structure(s) and a thorough risk analysis.
