Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the field of engine machineries repair/rehabilitation of vessel.2. The minimum specific experience in the field of engine machineries repair/rehabilitation of vessel as a Prime Contractor at least 1 contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 11.25 Lac. Bidder shall submit necessary documents in favour of his claim of experience.3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.4. Litigation certificate.5. Documents mentioned in section-7 (Technical Specification) of tender schedule.6. VAT Registration Certificate.7. Original Bank solvency certificate.8. The average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 10.50 Lac in last 3 years. Calculation must be submitted.9. Work plan (BAR Chart).10. Latest TIN & TAx certificate.11. The bidder should have at least 1 (one) graduate Naval Architect / Mechanical Engineer / Marine Engineer of minimum 5 (Five) years experience.12. All other terms and conditions mentioned in STD.13. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 48.15 Lac. Calculation must be submitted.14. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.50 Lac
