Tender Are Invited The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh (Town) is seeking proposals for the provision of consulting services for the undertaking of the Oldcastle Hamlet Special Planning Study which will focus on the lands designated Future Development within the Oldcastle Hamlet Settlement Area. The purpose of the study is to determine the preferred and appropriate mix of urban land uses for the aforementioned lands. The planning study will include an extensive public and agency consultation process that engages with a range of stakeholders. Upon completion of the planning study, new land use designations and policies, as necessary, will be incorporated into the Official Plan by way of an amendment.
