Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The research should examine the impact of RRF-supported labour market reforms that are fully or largely implemented, across several EU Member States. The researcher will be asked to examine the expected effects on productivity and economic growth potential, relevant labour market outcomes, and the resilience of the labour markets to future shocks. The researcher will be asked to assess how effective and efficient these reforms are. The researcher may also be asked to examine pre-existing challenges, previous labour market conditions and other factors which impact the choice of reform approaches as well as how the reforms build on or complement previous labour market reforms.
