Eligibility of Consultant : The interested eligible Bhutanese individuals registered with the e-GP system having:A valid trade license under the Service category and Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the competent authority. However, the successful bidder should submit a specific license for the Restaurant whose base location should be in the Phuentsholing before signing the contract agreement. In case of failure to submit the license for the Restaurant, the successful bidder shall be canceled and the contract awarded to the next lowest evaluated bidder.Note: Refer to Terms of References for more details
