The public partner calls on all interested legal or natural persons (hereinafter: promoters) to submit applications for interest in the implementation of a public-private partnership for the project of energy renovation of public facilities owned by the City of Maribor, on the principle of contractual provision of savings. In the proposal of measures to achieve energy savings and reduce energy use in these facilities, the private partner must take into account all legal and by -laws that determine the conditions and norms of the use or implementation of activities carried out in each facility. The proposed measures and services should be based on the analyzes and estimates of the promoter, the result of which will be the savings that a private partner will provide to a public partner, taking into account the description and set of facilities.
