The purpose of this RFP is to invite experienced and reputable vendors to submit proposals for deceased postmortem services and logistics for deceased organ retrieval across GCC countries. These services will contribute to the Deceased Donor Family Care Services to uphold exceptional standards of service, promote donor family satisfaction, and safeguard the reputation of the national organ and tissue donation and transplantation program. The Project would retool the processes of Deceased Donor Family Care Services, optimize the timeframe, and integrate knowledge base, create e-Services if applicable, and other systems covered in scope into a more streamlined and effective manner.
