The assignment includes:
Construction of 26 new homes as prefabricated modules, with associated common areas built on site, area 1795 m2
Degradation of existing residential wing on 1 floor, area 850 m2
Renovation of existing 1-space homes to 4 2-room housing, area 315 m2
option on redevelopment/renovationof existing office wing, area 670 m2
Main contract
Construction is carried out in 3 stages:
stage 1, new building: 3 double houses and a housing group with 16 homes and common areas.
Stage 2, degradation and redevelopment: Degradation of existing residential wing, as well as remodeling of existing 1-room housing to 42-room housing.
Stage 3, newbuilding and option: 2 double houses, redevelopment of office wing and removal of 3 temporary pavilions.
3 temporary pavilions, to the remodeled homes and the 2 double houses, after which the pavilions can be removed.
