Scope of Works

I. Engine Inspection

Check air filter

Check cooling system coolant

Check and top up battery electrolyte to be provided by customer

Check engine oil level. Oil top up is provided by customer

Clean and Check tension of battery terminals

Check all accessible nuts, bolts, and hose clamps.

Check engine mounts and tighten

Check fan belts and adjust

Check heat exchanger coolant if equipped

Check equipment for leaks: exhaust, oil, coolant, fuel, and air system intake

Visually inspect all external components for mechanical damage or malfunction

Clean out dust from control boards

Check operation of battery charger and adjust if necessary

Check display panel lamps and replace bulbs if necessary

II. Generator Controller Inspection

Visually check wiring for fatigue wear and abrasions

Ensure fuse holders are correct seated
