① Main body of this system must be one composite unit of Focused-Ion-Beam processing device and Scanning Electron Microscope.
② Laser-beam Processing unit, Energy Dispersive x-ray analyzer, Electron Backscatter Diffractometer and Nanoindenter must be provided with the system.
③ Both main body and the equipment must be automated and can be controlled remotely.
④ Nano-level and three-dimensional characters of materials must be analyzed quantitatively.
⑤ Quick and stable maintenance support of this system must be ensured.
⑸ Time limit for the submission of the requested material : 17 : 00 1 April, 2022
