Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only a solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation documentation and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation is being set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333924 with a size standard of 900 employees. The NEARNG does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice and is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.

Interested vendors will submit the following with their quote: 1) Technical requirements that meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation; and 2) Estimated delivery and all transportation costs associated with this notice. All quotes shall be emailed to Patti Lee-Smith at patricia.h.lee-smith.civ@army.mil on or by 25 November 2024 at 10:00am CDT. Late or incomplete quotes will not be accepted.

Award will be based on the overall best value to the government that meets or exceeds the technical requirements as outlined in the solicitation.

The NEARNG has a requirement for the following:

Model 8.0 Heavy Duty Tiger Tug for the LUH-72A helicopter

Maximum Height 36”

Minimum Length: 48”

Maximum Length: 72”

Other Size Requirements: Modified to fit underneath aircraft with installed FLIR cameras

Color: Red or Black

Electrical Requirements: 110V or 220V to plug in for charging
