The Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (the “Government” or “GoTL”) and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”), a United States government agency, signed a grant aimed at poverty reduction through economic growth with the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (GoTL) on 19 July, 2022 in the amount of US $420 million (the “Compact”).2. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Compact, related agreements, and the availability of funds, the Government intends to use a portion of the funds provided through the Compact toward payments under the contract for MCA Timor-Leste Branding and Website Design, Development and Maintenance. It will consist of the following lots:Lot 1: MCA Timor-Leste Website Design and Development, andLot 2: MCA Timor-Leste Website maintenance3.
